Beyond projects
In addition to funded projects, we develop trainings, consulting services and cultural experiences that put into circulation the expertise accumulated by YVS in project management, culture, heritage and community development.
A natural extension of the mission, not a separate activity
In YVS projects we learned to work with ideas, people, budgets, partnerships, communities and heritage. Some of this experience can also support other organizations, teams or initiatives that want to transform an idea into a well-built project or discover the city through its stories and places.
Through the economic activity of the association, we transform this expertise into applied services, clearly constructed and adapted to the needs of those we work with. The income obtained is reinvested in the non-profit activity of YVS and contributes to supporting cultural, educational and community projects.
We don't sell one-size-fits-all recipes. We offer tested tools, real-world examples, and work processes where the context of each organization or group matters.
Applied trainings
We offer trainings for NGOs, institutions and project teams that need clear benchmarks, applicable tools and a better understanding of how to build and manage a project. The trainings can be organized online or physically and are adapted to the level of experience and needs of the group.
Project management
A practical training on the path of a project, from clarifying the idea and planning activities to coordinating implementation, monitoring results and managing changes that occur along the way.
Financial management
A training dedicated to how the budget supports project and implementation decisions. Participants work with principles and useful tools for responsibly building, tracking, and justifying project budgets.

Trainings are organized at the request of an organization or group. The format, duration and content are determined based on the experience of the participants and the objectives pursued.
Grant consultancy
We support NGOs to transform a relevant idea into a coherent project and a well-constructed funding application. The process starts with understanding the organization, its experience and direction, continues with the development of the idea and culminates in the writing of the funding application and the construction of the budget.
We do not mechanically fill out forms or force the same solution for different organizations. We aim for the proposed project to have internal logic, meet the requirements of the funder, and be realistically implemented by the team that undertakes it.
Urban Explorers Guided Tours
We are preparing a series of guided tours in Bucharest, built on the routes, research and stories developed through Urban Explorers. The tours will offer a careful reading of the city, where architecture, heritage, local memory and urban transformations meet.
The schedule of tours open to the public will be announced soon on the website and through YVS channels.
Tours for groups
Interested organizations, institutions, teams or groups can also request a separate tour. The route, duration and format will be determined based on the group's profile and the availability of the Urban Explorers team.
