In December 2018, Cristina Stîngu, president of the Youth Vision for Society Association, at the invitation of the European Parliament Information Office in Romania, participated in the radio show "Tânar în Europa", broadcast by RFI Romania. This show took place in a high school in Bucharest and was dedicated to discussions about the 2019 European Parliament elections and the #DeDataAstaVotez campaign.

The #DeDataAstaVotez campaign, initiated by the European Parliament Office in Romania, had as its main goal to increase the turnout among young people for the 2019 European Parliament elections. This campaign was promoted intensively online and through various events, encouraging citizens to register on the dedicated platform and make a commitment to vote. Through the campaign, the European Parliament wanted to mobilize as many young people as possible to actively participate in the democratic process, thus recognizing their crucial role in shaping the future of the European Union.

The main topic of the discussion was the importance of young people's participation in voting and the ways in which they can be more actively involved in democratic processes. Cristina Stîngu highlighted the essential role that young people have in shaping the future of Europe and stressed the importance of accurate information and civic participation. She also discussed the efforts of the YVS association to promote civic education and the involvement of young people in community life.

This participation in the "Youth in Europe" show was an important opportunity for YVS to present its vision and objectives in a broad discussion framework, thus contributing to raising awareness about the European Parliament elections and the importance of voting in strengthening European democracy.
